I still have a bitter taste in my mouth over MWDA. Mostly I think that the dials are over valued and over used with the Wizkids products. I feel that if they simplified the dial... ie its just hit points, and used cards to represent the capabilities of the minis, you'd have a bang up game and you'd be able to add more detail to how the minis work. MWDA really devolved into getting the bigger stick, and winning. (Although I loved the tournaments...) They had to keep coming out with bigger sticks to sell the game. In the end they had to start adding 'more stuff' (pilot cards and what not) to add more variety to the game. |

I still play MWDA from time to time. It is still a good game. |

I do miss the booster draws. I wonder if there is a random table somewhere that would put together forces. I feel that designed forces are as I described above. But random draws involve making more of your situation. |
