OK, so many months ago Mantic set out samples of their Ghoul sprue, and I acquired two sucj sprues for a total of four Ghouls. They went into the parts box and I never looked at them again. Fast forward to this month. I am refitting my Dark Eldar army to be compliant with the new Codex, and wanted to have some Wracks. I figured I could convert the Mantic Ghouls for this purpose, and I finally took a good look at the models. I find them to be surprisingly detailed for what they are. The faces are very well done, and that mechanical claw thingie is just loaded with fine detail, too fine to paint, really. So I am more impressed with Mantic than I was a month ago. |
