You might be biting off more than you can chew really. You'd have to sit and listen to find where a chorus/refrain repeats, the verse, intro, etc, and cut it in time to the song, by getting the section at its downbeat. Merely cutting and pasting in between measures can really make for an uncomfortable edit, as it might not have the whole refrain copied, or merely part of it was copied and the song will sound "skippy" if its jumping into the 2nd or 3rd(depending what time the song is in) beat of the measure. You might be better off either setting the cd to repeat, or just finding longer songs. -Jesse |

If your CD player can play mp3 files, why not just make longer verisons of the songs using any sound program that allows you to cut and paste the music? I can put up to five to seven hours worth of music on a single CD at near CD quality. 128k |

If you are interested, I have a DM Screen for the computer that includes a sound mixer. You preset sounds, loop them, etc. Not bad and it includes 3.0 tables and can be set to activate your favorite RPG programs. Let me know if you are interested and I will dig it up. It is freeware. |

I don't remember where I downloaded it, maybe Enworld when it belonged to Noah or some other d20 site. I can email it to you. BTW, I noticed from your webpage that you are in Pasadena! I am in OC, part of the Midnight Warriors gaming group! Your favorite games are right on! Wing Commander 3 Hoody hoo! Neverwinter Nights: our group has a server and we have been creating a great world. I am rather proud of it. Day of the Tentacle! LOL. Wow, that takes me back. Did you play other LucasArts games of the era? Sam and Max? Full Throttle? |

I know what you mean about the time! Sent the file to you. I checked it for viruses, please do the same on your end. I just read a review for that other program in Knights of the Dinner Table issue 99 and they really liked, however, found it complicated to use. I hope the one I sent you is useful to you! |
