Any DM with nefarious multi-session schemes that does NOT use this tactic should be summarily flogged... AND castigated by the resident rules lawyer, whose brilliant solutions should be encouraged... (OHHH, THAT'S RIGHT!!!, MY BAD...) before big boss #1 puts the bite (literally, or figuratively) on the party, shutting up said lawyer, and creating a tizzy whilst said lawyer's character bleeds from a well-rolled missing (person) limb... (or two)... |

How strong is the connection to the first modul something below? The first modul ended with a escaping villain. Has missing persons the same villain? Is there a other connection to the magic item from something below? I ask because I think about maybe playing something below this summer (savaged) and would know more about this villain because there isnt much about the grand scheme of the villain. BTW: Something below was a little bit dissapointing because of the very short adventure. Only 14 pages (12 rooms) are the True Adventure text, the rest are premade SCs, stat blocks and instructions. But I like it for the new cave work pieces. Is missing persons similiar or do it have more pages/rooms? |

Wow!!!! I just picked this up, and I have to say great adventure. Not to knock the other two modules which are both good, but this one is by far my favorate. The combination of the great modular sewer tiles and the great use of Kyton/a logical background story pushes this item over the top for me. Very nice job here Andorax. I'm really looking forward to your next module in this line. |

Thanks for the compliments, ScrubKai. I know this was a fun one to put together, and I'm glad that you find it telling an interesting tale. I can't say when the third module will be coming out (there's a lot of other issues on my plate at the moment), but it's neither forgotten nor completley stalled...work continues on it alongside everything else. |

Definitely my favorite so far - lots of good stuff, and a decent mystery as the core premise. The Sewer Expansion alone was worth the price of admission. It will take a bit of work to fit it into The Iron Kingdoms, but not too much, mostly critter substitution. (Spoiler Follows) The Devils & Demons of the SRD do not exist in the Iron Kingdoms, nor is there a directly appropriate replacement for the Chain Devil. This and the disparate religions are the hardest points, the closest I can come is a corrupted priest of Menoth. The problem there is that the party already distrusts him... and with good reason. Otherwise this fits rather well in the City of Corvis. I did not build the Gray Render, but I did build the parts for the Iron Golem, then scattered his pieces around a Golem Lab for a Christmas setup I am working on. (I am likely not doing my 'Attack on Santa's Workshop' this year, I forgot all about it last year.  ) I think I like him as scattered parts, it adds a certain something to the lab.
