I meant to mention this a few weeks ago, but forgot until reminded by the topic on scales for First Light.

A friend of mine is very much into Heroclix, and a 1.5 inch set of terrain for the game would make him a very happy gamer. (I don't play Heroclix, me.) And with the super hero RPGs out ther it would seem to have at least one other market.

*EDIT* Hmmm, Green Ronin has opened the license for Mutants and Masterminds to other companies. Might be worth asking them if they would be interested in an official M&M terrain set.

I'd like to second that idea!

I'm a big HeroClix player myself, and I would dearly love to make some WorldWorks city terrain for modular game maps. Mutants & Masterminds is my Super-RPG of choice, and I use modified HeroClix figs for that too.

I'm in the process of building my first masterboard right now (going to use Chunky Dungeons for Mage Knight games), and it's my secret hope that I can use that same masterboard with modern, city-type terrain as well. I'm sure that the upcoming Sci-Fi set will have stuff I can use, but it would be *great* to have city streets, skyscrapers, police stations, etc. to play with.

MicroTactix made a set like that called Dirt Cheep Cityscapes, and I've used it, but something about it is not quite right. The city block tiles don't always fit together well, leaving awkward non-road areas to place the buildings on, and the skyscrapers look a little too . . . I don't know, clean and stylized? It's just a tad off in the realism department, I think.

I know for sure that I would be first in line to buy a WWG CityWorks set to use with all my super-hero games!

It just boggles the mind how many things WWG products can be used for!
