Really want to pick these up but I was wondering if anyone knew if the 1.5 roof tiles have the extra half inch on the grid like the old Mayhem models?

I would guess the grid will be different. The old Mayhem was on a 7 inch base. SwiftScenic is on a 6 inch base so it gets a clean 4 squares per side. If I remember rightly the 1.5 mayhem stuff was actually 7.5 to get a whole grid of 5 squares.

As Ehisey said, the Swift Scenics building are 6 inch wide, so no problem with clix grid (1.5)

Just to confirm, there are clix compliant 1.5 grids included with these releases.

mmm im not happy , all kits of downtown are the same(diferent texture....)a very good work, matt please make one kit not five (not its pleasant to buy five items separately )

SwiftScenics buildings fit different formats. The collapsible city block format being applied to these releases makes using the same footprint (build mode) pretty much unavoidable. They do one job but only one job very well.

Instead of forcing users to buy all 5 buildings in a single package at a higher price-tag, we decided to give users the freedom to choose what they want at a smaller per-unit, price-tag.
