A picture would help. I think it might be too much ink. Are you using the highest setting on your printer? What sort of printer are you using?

KRYTEN: I've never been to Earth before. I've only seen it on photographs. It's exactly like I always imagined, only much shorter.

This is what I do to my single sided building models. When the newer buildings come out I'll see if I need to, but I imagine they'll be mounted on foamboard like CWU. If that warps then you can do the same thing but along the top of the building rather than the bottom.
