Which part is it you are trying to glue?..I looked at the R36 again and couldn't see where you were at

You need Inkjet transparencies for your HP printer, they have a special coating on one side that lets the ink work on it . Copiers use a different way to get the image on the page Do a search for Inkjet Transparency on Google...HP does do a specific type for their machines, but they tend to run more expensive

Use the copier sheets for areas of just plain transparency tho...you might even be able to add the HUD images with colour markers if you wanted/needed too depending on what you could get to dry on that plastic. Do some experiments to see if you can stick it to the cardstock too...double sided tape can be a great help here..Again see what works for you.

You have got me wanting to build another FL ship again

Can't remember if it is in First light or First light Retrofit, but there are some wall reinforcement anti-warp triangles for First light. They fit right over the top of the standard wall.

Daniel as a refrence I have made over the years about 6-7 FL based ships for my Various Star Wars RPG , ,, with just cardstock they hold up quit well.

The biggest issues here are too much glue which you lean over time is too much and just enough...

I have also done it in Snow, and Sand.
