Well, "Goblin Raid" has been relased, "Wraith Of Tir" is in the works, is there a chance "Literary Error" is going to make it out before my kids' characters hit 3rd level?

I loved playing this one out with my game table. I only wish I had a rules lawyer in the group to throw the books at. (I really don't wish for a rules lawyer...)

As a not 4E player (haven't touched D&D since it stopped being AD&D) I'm not completely sold on these encounters yet.

This one is designed for use with Thoumonts. Does it have a sample TLX planner layout it recommends you build?

There is a layout recommendation, an encounter idea and standees that all could be used with any rule set out there. The stat blocks are the only thing that would be of little use for someone not playing 4e, as you would need to find or build your own stats for your rule set to match the encounter (not an overly difficult task).

Heh... not even 2nd level yet. Now that I have seen this, it will be more suitable for them as a 3rd level adventure (with only 2 players and an NPC, they are a little behind the power curve.)

But I am loooking forward to running it soon!

Thanks. I'll pick this one up next time I'm buying (probably when Oubliette is released) and see what mileage I can get with Castles & Crusades...
