i am in awe....the new site is fantastic. so much easier to navigate and find your awesome products. case in point, i didnt even know you guys sold individual standup citizens for fantasy towns....and only $5 a piece! i'm going to try to get my players to pony up the cash...just because i can...and if they don't, well i'll just buy it myself. what can i say, i'm cheap.

Back on the clock. There were only 2 new support incidents to take care of when I got up from that wonderful little nap, which is an encouraging sign!

A few people have reported that they're able to log in with their old passwords once, and then the passwords stop working after that. I'll be looking into this and getting it taken care of.

In the meantime, if you run into this issue yourself, send me a message from the contact form and I'll manually reset your password for you and get you taken care of.

I was chomping at the bit to see the new layout and get my hands on the Brio and Interceptor. The new site looks great, and it sounds like the back end is going to make everyone's life easier. Automatic resets are awesome!

I had the same problem, but the "Forgot your password?" function worked just fine: I got a new password, logged into my account, changed it to something I can remember, and bought the three new sets - everything's just fine...

Looking at future buys for an up and coming module for my players I looked at the Manner and noticed your count down clock on projects. Really cool , unfortunately bought what I could for this months budget so will not be able to get the West Wing and props in the 3 days and some odd hours it will be released.

One thing also I noticed that in the Garden pics the last one does not show up nor in the Oubliette does the first image show in the presentation. Still great work and I do understand all the underpinning that goes into the work here on the site. I work with a Db application development company. Really awesome work .

I just ran into that issue; requested reset, logged in, changed password, submitted change, logged out, logged in again without issue, purchased the new SF offerings, downloading now.

Is anyone else having problems with his store front User Profile - the green "I'm a supporter!" thing? I did enter a few details in the Public Profile, saved it, but I still get a "The requested user does not exist, or has not chosen to fill out a public profile." message on clicking the green icon link in my sig... Maybe there's a checkbox I'm not seeing, such as "Keep Public Profile secret" or something?

Huhm I get the same thing when I click yours but, when I hit mine or others it works...

are the e-mail adresses the same on both accounts?

Yep.

Because customer control over their own privacy settings is important to us, profiles are an opt-in thing rather than an opt-out thing. So, they're not enabled unless you specifically fill in at least the Display Name field under your account details. If you leave that blank, it considers your profile disabled and shows that message.

I'll look into it right now, but that's the most likely cause.

Yep, just checked. You don't have a display name set. Stick "Zorg" in there or something, and it should start working.

Let me know if that isn't the case, and I'll get it fixed.

Hmm. How do I get the green fist of righteousness...um, support? I've filled in a little of my public profile, generated a forum signature, and pasted it in.

Not sure what else to try.

One question though. I was shocked to only see 2 products on my collection but after digging through my emails I noticed that I actually purchased most of my worldworkds products through RPGNow.

Is there any way of editing the collection to add these products to my collection? I can send you my invoices as proof of purchase if you require.

Short answer tho, is that, WWG has no access to any of RPGNow purchase records, but RPGNow etc will still maintain the files on record should anyone need to redownload a set. You probably want to read the thread to learn more.

Can anyone let me know if Sheldrakon Manor (scuse spelling) is retired. And if it is, is that why its not in my list no more

How do you go about getting that 'I'm a Supporter' button?

Log in at the WWG home page
Go to 'My Home'
Go to 'My Public Profile'
Click onto 'Generate Forum Sig Block'
Click 'Okay'

Now open your User Profile at the forum.
Scroll down to 'Signature'
Click into the signature field
Click Edit -> Paste (or Ctrl + v)
And save the changes to yout profile

1. Login to your customer account (not forum account, the customer one on main page)
2. Select "My Public Profile"
3. Select "Generate Forum Sig Block"
4. Copy the html text
5. Go to the forum and login
6. Select "Profile"
7. Pasts the html text in the field "Signature:"

You may also need to edit your public profile and fill the "Display name" field to match your forum name...

"My Public Profile" in the "My Home" section. Make sure that you edit your profile to include at least a Display Name.

You need to set up a public profile (you have to explicitly do it to opt in):
Go to the store (link at the top of this page "Return to our store")
Go to "My Home" -- you'll have to log in
Edit public profile
Add a user name (or any other information)
Save it.

I then had to post something (or maybe there is a delay -- I posted a "it's not working message"...) and you'll get the fist.
