Hey guys, wondering if anyone may be able to help, because im confused!

Installed my CISS yesterday onto my Epson nx330. First 10-15 prints were great. Started seeing streaks of other colors across the pages. Now its printing in mostly in shades of blue.

Have ran the head cleaning multiple times, still no fix?

Yes, contact the vendor. I ran into a similar problem (though it took a lot longer to appear) and it was likely due to some mistakes I made while installing the system. In my case, some of my ink carts had run too dry and weren't pulling ink into them. The system came with a tool to remedy this problem, and since then it's been working great.

The vendor was very responsive and friendly in helping me get the problem resolved, so definitely give that a go.
