Lots of options at this point, but, sadly, it seems unlikely that I will be able to get more than a single set. We lost a week and a half at work when our freezer gave up the ghost, so funds are beyond tight for this month.

I have the unarmored troll from the Dwarf set - best part of the entire set, and I liked those dwarfs!

They have a fairly complex Pledge scheme, so there is a spreadsheet .

I am in on that one, just debating how many sets to get. Not sure how many I can afford or which I can live without. Anyone have a suggestion?

I wish that we could build our own sets. I seem to want one or two from all of the sets. I am very torn because of this. I guess that means that they are marketing it right.

I've just decided I might as well go in on everything. I'm waiting to make sure enough will be in there for the $120 level, but I'm in for everything they've put up thus far (mostly because collection of gnomish freelance acquisitioners is sadly lacking - particularly as one of the games I'm in is a very gnome-heavy group). That, and they're decent minis at a good price.

On another note, a rather brilliant idea for an alternative for a large collection of miniatures:

. A pair of 1" wide LCD screens with a small memory drive inside them that you can load a variety of art on to to represent your character.

As much as I like the minis, and want more, the doppelganger KS seems more my speed. This seems pretty sweet.

I think it's biggest value will be to starter GMs, who would only need to pay for a couple sets of them (5 or 6 1", 2-3 2" and 1-2 3" should cover almost everything they'll need). Sure, that'll still run them a couple hundred to get up and running, but that should last them for years and years of play, as opposed to needing to get new minis painted up for each situation they want to throw in. Of course, if they have the minis anyways, or are picking them up anyways, not as good a deal (though I'm definitely in the latter boat, and am backing it for one anyways as I love the idea and want to show my support for it), but still a brilliant idea and a great way to make gaming more accessible for everyone.

I jumped in at entirely too much money. We shall see how this one ends up...

You know, they are doing these things as a joke, but this is probably how some crazy ideas are going to become reality.

I was just made aware of it and don't remember seeing it posted before.

Two of us went in on the Gnomes for a double-down on completionists sets. I guess neither of us were satisfied with the massive Bones orders we placed and decided to increase the already insane amount of minis.

i like the automaton but not the style for the gnomes!

I love those gnomes. They would fit right in for the strange half-fey gnomes of Pathfinder.

Unfortunately, between a freezer burning out at work and the blizzard I lost two weeks of work over the past month. I had to cancel my gnomes. I would have loved to go for completionist.

On another sad note - the Kickstarter for has been cancelled. Still had two weeks to run, and still had about 200,000 GBP to go. Possible, but I guess they felt that it needed to be reworked.

I am broke, but Zombicide has a kickstarter for an expansion and second game! They are a Prison Outbreak and Toxic City Mall. I may have to get a second job to pay for Kickstarter stuff...

It funded in two minutes and is currently gaining funds rather rapidly (over $360,000 and it just started this morning). I put in a pledge 45 minutes after launch, but had missed the Early Bird Specials already.

The Toxic City Mall is a $50 expansion, the Prison Break is a "new season" is valued at $80 and the zombie dogs are $20. Early bird specials were $5 and $10 off. It seems fairly expensive.

It definitely doesn't come across as cheap, but with things like this the deal comes in the stretch goals. I greatly enjoy my Zombicide game (although find it rather tough to win) and think I would love to have more options for it.

We shall see if that thought holds true, though.

Not sure I have the funds for the new Zombicide but damn does it look nice. I'm sure the extras will make up for the lack of discount.

Over $500,000 in the first day! This is bound to be a fun Kickstarter to watch.
