To each his own. I for one like nearly all of them.

Finally took a look at it. Most run from OK to Decent for my tastes, but the Goritsi are right up my alley, so I'm grabbing a set of them. Might have to put together a RP scenario for them (now, do I want the inserts/extra add ons, or just go with the base set...)

The base set is inserts for the bases. Right now they are planning upto 40 base inserts for each faction starter and the starters are upto 37 models on some.

I bought in just before it funded. The orsand cavalier is a monstrous model. There is one offered for each faction. It is solely an add on. It doesn't come in the starter box.

VERY excited about this one. from Harebrained Schemes. Had a chance to demo the prototype at PAX and was quite impressed. Best elements of miniature gaming with an electronic element keeping track of the less used rules so you can focus on just playing.

My Heroes of Metro City Kickstarter copy FINALLY arrived this week. I haven't even broken the seal yet.

I have also had a few others arrive recently:
Dwarven Miner
Plate Mail Games RPG soundtracks (the second round of tracks)
Dungeon Roll (plus the $.99 mousepad to aid in gameplay)

I swear something else too, but I can't think of it for the life of me.

Fair warning - HoMC is HARD! You really have to be on top of your game and play it very differently than other deck building games in order to win, and even then it's not guaranteed. On the up side, once you do get the rules down, you can fully engage in superhero cheese and really ham it up (though it would be nice if they had included a few more name-dependent cards that really made you think on your character's name, rather than the name really not mattering or everyone running the Silver Gibbon or Iron Eagle for the two cards that do care).

I have been intentionally ignoring that one since I backed Seppuku recently. They do look great and have unlocked quite a bit since I last looked at the page. The shipping cost makes it a little easier to pass over (although, still a hard choice).

I keep telling myself that I need to save for Stonehaven #3 and Reaper Bones #2.

I am tempted to jump in on the bases one, but they seem just out of my price range. They seem to be great quality though.

Yeah, that basing one my local store owner got in on and asked if anybody wanted to join him in it. We got about 10 people together, so with conversion we are getting a couple each for about 30 bucks USD.

Merde. Pledged big for the basing system (thanks Auld for the 'wait, it might be cheaper later' post -- it almost saved me).

The problem is: I still have the Wrath of Kings KS up in my browser. I'm hoping I get distracted and don't pledge. Clearly I have no willpower.
