Emmagine, do you have Photoshop, or skills with another graphics program that would allow you to scale down the images in Streets of Mayhem? Once scaled down, you can then squeeze a few things on one page, to save cardstock.

If my math is correct, any of the 1" sets are designed for 25-28 mm (or so) minis, which makes the average (D&D minis, Reaper, etc) about a 1/48 scale.

You'd have to shrink any of the 1" scaled sets to about 22% to have roughly a 1/225 scale.

Are you adventurous enough to try assembling a piece at 22%? It would give you a good idea if you could easily take any set made and scale it down.

I'd suggest starting with Streets of Mayhem, and doing the streets themselves. If you can then do the elevated railways and pedestrian overpass, you've got yourself a sure-fire way to make yourself some awesome terrain!

Incidentally, if you're looking for 1/300, print at 16% or so. For 1/700, print at 7% or so. And then pray.



[edit] I figured out that my kitbash is roughly 7% sized. Check it out to see 1/700th (approx).

[edit 2] You may also want to use thinner cardstock (60 lb) when you shrink it down that far. It should make things easier to fold.

yea, I'll probably try that once the 2nd set of the mayhem line comes out.

But that still leaves out alot of stuff, mostly larger structures as listed above. All in all I think it would be an easy task for denny to tackle, but would yield some really cool results.

I'd like to include more details. The Mars Station is a bit harder with the corners and all.



But it works well. Now to kitbash a lot of ruined buildings!

Battletech terrain would be nice, since it can be easily converted to Robotech terrain. Most of the mecha in Robotech, are from 2-3 meters taller or shorter than those in Battletech, with some exceptions. A mecha factory, hideout base for mercenaries (perfect to convert to Zentraedi Malcontent hideouts) and so forth would be nice.
