I think a maintenance tunnel would be an EXTREMELY useful set for any modern roleplayers. So much takes place in dingy industrial settings, anything along this line would be GREAT...

I tend to agree here.

Modern style sewers/ maintenance tunnels.
Though the fantasy sewers would work, they do lack the pipes and steam outlets and so on.

Box joints, inlet pipes (3' - 4' and so on for critters to hide)

old tunnels that connect to basement levels of the buildings above. (heh now add basements. *grin*

I think that these ideas should be looked at by Mayhem Underground - As this deals with the lower ground area.

Mayhem Basements would also be great - We all know not to go down into the basement alone, esp. not in Mayhem!
