yeah, I have a question on what type of material would be good to use for making a nice study dungeon floor... I've been working on this dungeon that I want my group to play in for Warhammer Quest and I have all the board sections complete, ones I made useing corkboard, tiles from Warhammer, and other tiles to incorperate also, like one set that I purchased from D&D called D&D Dungeon Tiles, [moderator note: link to competitor product edited]

With that, I just wanted to make my own little tiles, for miscellaneous things like traps, puzzle, etc... Would it be better to go with cardstock, for 110lb, or cardboard, which I have no idea what type would be used or where to buy it..??

For pressing the tiles you don't have to go that far, but yes I would sugest presing them. For best results use spray glue and get a good even coat (it dosen't need to be heavy) then wrap in waxpapper and place between two books.
If you have two sheets of good stain grade playwood handy you lay several out on one and lay the second on top of it. The proplem with that is stain grade plywood is stupid expensive right now (hell number c plywood is stupid expensive) so I would sujest just using books. You could use c grade plywood if you have it handy as well but as the gain is very strongon it you end up with "waves" in the tiles.

As for teh plastic cement you want to be very conservative. Too much and the tile will want to see-saw, all that is needed is a thin coating so that when dried the tile will have a little grip to it.
