|
|
Hey everyone,
I have some fantastic news that is sure to shock many but in the best possible way. Stones Edges has joined the official WorldWorks Games storefront. We are so incredibly happy to welcome Eric Galand (creator Stones Edges) to the WorldWorks community. I know that everyone will join me in a gigantic welcome aboard!
So what does this mean for Stones Edges & WorldWorks? What it means is that we have another amazingly talented creator onboard to make your terrain dreams come true. It also means that the doors of communication have just burst open and this new alliance can start talking about the future. A future full of awesome potential!
In the short term what this means is that WorldWorks will be offering select Stones Edges products right here on the official WorldWorks storefront. More excitingly for the fantasy crowd, that means you’ll get a bonus treat this December in the form of Eric’s upcoming ‘The Watch Tower’ model set. Here’s a sneak peak from that very set (More info coming later in the week):
For those that have been with us since the beginning you may find this partnership surprising but life has a funny way of coming full circle. I know that both Eric and I have the same passion for this hobby and we each want to see it reach its highest level of success. Both WorldWorks and Stones Edges have raised the bar on expected standards within this market and together we intend on raising that bar even higher.
Denny

Wow... this is a pleasant surprise. I've been checking his site to see when it would come out.
I think both of you guys, Mel included, are the top end in 3D gaming accessories, and its nice that you guys will be cooperating.
My only complain is that between you three, I think I'm going to be broke for a long time coming.

Can we have a race to see who is the first to do a cross company bash? I've got a good idea already...

Wow, my favorite two paper terrain companies (Mel is my favorite for vehicles/stompies) under one (store)roof?
I am really looking forward to the fruits of this alliance.
And before I forget it:
A hearty welcome to Eric!

Fantastic news! I'm glad both of you could join a partnership and bring the talents of both Stones Edges and World Works together! I couldn't be happier, except for the fact that you guys are gonna cost me more money!
I've been a fan of the talents at both places and find this news a welcome and bright announcement.
With Mel in the fold doing his great vehicles you guys are going to make it tough for anyone else out there in the cardstock business, but I'm glad that it happened. My wallet might not be but hey...
I also look forward to the guard tower! From just the one image, it looks fantastic!

Excellent news!
Having seen all you can do I know the combination of talent will bring out many phenominal (must get a spell-checker) releases.
Now lets start the wish list.....
Well done to one and all!

I'm very excited about seeing the Stone Edges Tower, this is great news. I'm really looking forward to it's release!
Dennis, would this be one of the 4 releases before Christmas you were talking about in another thread?

Hmmmm....
I wonder how well the Watch Tower could be integrated with CWU?

Wow, this is cool. While i have enjoyed both SE and WWG, i have to admit SE:Orbital was the first card stock product i bought, and what i cut my teeth on. mainly becuase i wanted the sci-fi and i saw Orbital first.
It's good to see the two working together.... now maybe we can get some stuff sooner.....

Finally...
Now I don't have to hide my WWG/SE/Ebbles builds anymore...since I have long used First Light/Orbital/Derelict together as needed to construct my Sci-Fi settings.
Now if we could sneak some of that work being done on that Star Wars site in to the mix (so much talent hiding over there)...
Welcome aboard Eric, I have seriously enjoyed your work in the past and really look forward to your new creations.
