This was really a pretty straightforward build... the square hills were built the same as all of my buildings have been, and the lava waterfall was made using the "lavaflow" tile cut to the right width. I did surround the lava river squares with a green line to represent Hindering Terrain in HeroClix, and the Lava Puddle pieces (which are moveable, BTW) were mounted on green craft foam so they show as Hindering Terrain too (in HeroClix, squares bordered by green are Hindering Terrain.) The Fire stands were likewise mounted on Brown craft foam to be Blocking Terrain (no one can move into the Fires of Hell muahahahahaha!!!) Mounting terrain tiles on craft foam colored to match their effect will be a tecnique that I will use going forward (look for it on the puddle and rubble markers in my next project.)

And thanks for the explination about the different color foam, I was trying to figure out why all the lava pools looked slightly different. The different foam explained that perfectly.

We played on the Hell board, which was great fun. It is a very visually appealing environment for games. I couldn't take pictures, my camera batteries died

We will be playing on it again next weekend, so I will definitely get some pictures then.

My buddy picked Fin Fang Foom up for me at GenCon Indy this summer... probably the coolest pre-painted Dragon out there, except for the clicky base
