Alright, proper introductions. I’ve been lurking for quite a while and finally got a set. I’ve enough done to post up some stuff. This is the level I want to work the buildings up too:

To solve the age old riddle of having people on the roof and inside I made removable roof panels:

Krikey!!!! They grow ‘em big out here!!!!

I also have a Chickenhawk for the landing pad, but I’ll link that out of respect for Denny & crew.

Excellent use of foamcore for the roof - at this rate my Mayhem city will need a foamcore re-build!

Looks very nice. Is the entire building made using foam core? I like the lift off panels on the roof. It looks like you mounted the whole thing on masonite.

Thanks all for the kind comments!

The roof is foamcore, and is entirely still removable. The base is mdf, and acts as a nice “bumper” when it’s in storage, as well as giving it a nice weight. The walls are just card stock.

I have another building waiting to get decked out, and I’m getting ready to build 3 more for my starter board. I’ll be posting my progress as I move along.

That's cool.

The PC stuff integrates with the MS stuff rather nicely. One of the members over on the Infinity board combined them together as well.

What are those figures with the vacsuits? Those are pretty spiffy.

I think they're a natural combo! Yah I love those figs and was surprised at how nice the sculpts were. They're from Blue Moon" Particularly love the bubble helmets!

The paint jobs on the site kind of suck so I wasn't expecting much from the sculpts. They're actually great so it makes me want to get a few "Bump In The Night" figs for our Cthulhu game...Supposing of course that the other sculpts are done to the same standards:) Anyone ever see any of them up close?

... makes me want to do Mars Station even though I currently have no use for it ... hmm ...

The bluemoon space figures really look great in that set.

From a glimpse on their site I think all are similarly well sculpted. I really like those "Things That Go Bump In The Night" figures. My favorites being Ragged Jack and the Headless Horseman ... the sets look good value too ... I'll probably get Frankenstein

If I remember I'll try to get a shot of the underside of the roof tonight.

I was just up here at work a few minutes ago using the light table and doing the reverse scores for my next two buildings. :wink:

At work they were throwing out light boxes that were used for product display stands - Light box as a base and perspex stand with product "floating". Snag one for my mum - to use as a tracing table for her patchwork patterns.
