Ok, I have been building a number of things for my vision of Nar Shaddaa a Star Wars location.

While I was working away on building stuff we had a little mini adventure used some Titan to make a little arena.











So that was a filler session

Wow, there is certainly a ton to go through here! Amazing pictures! I love the long bridges. I would never have thought to try to go that far. It seems like spanning a gap of three tiles is just about the practical limit, but I have never gone more than one or so.

Wow, this is amazing. That would be an absolute joy to play on... or stare at.

Me like.

I have more in game shoots on i have had a chance to now put up, just trying to find the time this time of year...

The reason I called this the sort of vision of Nar Shaadaa is I have a very specific look in my mind for the location, and in all of the years I have done various SW RPG sessions I have never been able to come close before.

This one has many of the elements i want, but not all of them.

Some of of them just don't exisist so far (it was buidling for this I want Ttian ramps, and 1/2 wide or 3 inch wide ramps). The big tall buildings jutting out of walkways and ramps just kin of make Nar, that combinded with lots of levels and big holes makes it I was able to get some of that with this build, but it kind of show cased what i was lacking...

So if you see this name change soon don't be suprised last night was the last night on Nar Shadda (for a while at least) and over the holiday and blizzard weekend I churned out MORE stuff to get closer to the look I have in my head.

Last nights game was close and pictures will follow.

Paul has said that there is not going to be external shapes. I don't know if that means no external shapes for spaceships like firstlight, or no external shapes for a future city like mayhem.

Personally, I'm looking forward to different walls, scaffolding, and walkways so I can build a big hanger bay. I have lots of big props I've been putting off working around that I was going to use other card stock models for, but now I'm waiting on Titan, so I can work on other things, like future vehicles for a future city street. (Topo and Ebbles mostly for now) and crates and barrels for props for cover... Kinda what you already have for your Star Wars props.

External shapes are definitely on the way, not set two though.

Mars Station might be able to get you by for now.

Ok is was the set up from last night, much closer to my vision.

Ok after doing this, I would love a set of Future Mayhem flats.

Some nice Courscant or more Space age-ee kind of polished and sci-version of Mayhem for some future gaming...

Nicely done! Your builds inspire me. I will be printing and cutting for the next few days. I am still up in the air on what to build though.

Great build! Epic is the word! (no idea how you keep track of all those minis) I also like the "one piece" bridge. Thats one I have used and was waiting to see if you would try! Looks cool. Nice work!

Yeah when the railings didn't bind the long bridges together enough to do good support a whole single bridge was the only other real option. The edges and end are all still TLX tab enabled so they can be linked into a bigger set

I didn't just do one bit bridges I made two large are floors I can drop for a set up. So far only for MUC, but will do some Titan and others as it is so easy to do as semi speed tiles of 2x2 or 2x3 etc to do some quick areas at once. Will likely be making more later.

Ah there is a VERY simple way to keep treack of all of the minis... 75% are civilian bystanders that just aren't taking part in the combat, the civis/bystanders all move at the end of a combat round and are one hit they go down. They are more there to provide annoying hindrences for the Players, will they do area effects that hit the bad guys and hit civillians as well? they are basically terrain, just living terrain.

And the Players and random people at the game store are marveling more and more at the builds as well. I let them know where they stuff has come from.

This is the closest to my Vision of Nar Shaddaa as I can get really at the current time. The only other things I want are on the list for Titan already.

Ramps (full 6x6 and 3x6).

With some ramps I could do my ultimate build (but would need a bit more floor tiles to get in more levels etc... )

So far that was good for the adventure I ran and was pretty happy with it., I could have used some more floors for just greater area but I built the setup on the fly the day of the game I just knew there were certain things I wanted it to have and just kind of rearranged things till it got close.

One day I would LOVE to take my PC's to Courscant but darn that would require a HECK of a lot of more tiles and parts... and more buildings and some different ones... that just don't exsist.

So just a little plug again, Future buildings (flats espically) are something I just haven't been able to find out there And I LOOKED pretty hard before I decided to go with the Bits of Mayhem Downtown for my instant terrain.

But Darn there are so many more locations I would love to cover but just can't do as there is nothing that looks right.
