Local game store asked me to create some small buildings for their 40K gamers. I hope he will like these. I'll create three more bunkers before moving on and finish the three last boards of my old temple build set for the coming conventions.

Just one question, what set did you kitbash these off of? I'd like to add them to the user gallery, but I don't know what heading to add them under.... (Sorry I'm not up to date on all the Sci-Fi sets.)

Your stuff never fails to amaze me Curt, you're a kitbashing genius! You blend together so many elements from so many sets so seamlessly, it's like a visual symphony of cardstock and you're the conductor... just amazing.

I think some of the textures came from the rezolution starter CD. One came with the starter box for each faction. Funny, but I think that cd is what first made me aware of world works in the first place. Very cool stuff!

I’m glad everyone likes the bunkers. They are a mix of Resolution, PCON Sets, Mars Station and my kitbashs.

I thought I would explain how I made the rails from Matt's PC Battleground set. Hope I explained it well enough.

Battle Bunker Rails instructions.

Step 1.
These are four pages I used from PC Battle Ground

Step 2.
Cutout and spray mount ground tile on foam core and rails on mat board. You’ll need to trim out only one border section

Step 3
Cut the three rail sections apart on the center line and trim out one side of the rails yellow border on each

Step Four
I used one strip of the PC Battleground border. Cutting it in half and I glued it to the foam core edge of the ground tile. This is used to cover the exposed sides of the sides of the ground tile not covered by the rails

Step 5
The long section of the rail, cut off one inch off both ends. The two short rails cut off one inch off one end only (Need to make sure they are the opposite ends because they will be facing a different direction when mounted.

Step 6
Cut short each end of the rail section without the yellow section. Glue the two rail sections back to back. (Trim the width of your mat board off each end. This will create a sturdy interlock where the corner of the rails meet.)

Step 7
Glue and mount the three rails to the side of the ground tile. Use the four end rails sections for bracing outer rails. You will need to trim off yellow border on all. For additional strength use glue along the bottom inside rail

Step 8
Use the large 8 in. yellow border strip, needs to be trimmed down to fit the top front rail and also trim down two side rails to fit also.

Step 9
Save extra bits for next project.

Step 10
Finished rail project. These are very sturdy because of the double mat board walls.
Once you’ve made a couple of these, you should be able to assemble many sizes and quantities.
