It has been a long while since I submitted any of my builds for you to view on the forum. Well over a year ago I started work on my largest and most ambitious project to date - the Mayhem City Police Station. I got off to a flying start and all was going well until I started furnishing the interior. Suddenly, making furniture for such a large building became a monumental chore. It got so bad that I couldn't face making any more and so I not only stopped making furniture, I stopped making any more card models. I had lost my card-modelling mojo! I did no more card modelling for over half a year.
However, in October of last year (2011) My mojo returned as I made some small Ebbles stuff. I asked the followers of my blog what big project I should tackle next and the universal response was to finish my police station. Thus, I set about it with renewed vigour. To avoid burn out again, I'd complete a couple of rooms then make something totally different, like a WWG vehicle, and then return to the police station. Last month, I finally completed it and I posted a full review on my blog, which you can see here

Yes, the top floor is where the evidence is stored. The armoury appears on the middle floor in the bottom left hand corner. It's where the blue lockers are.

@Tattered King. There are actually two washroom/toilet facilities. One in the entrance lobby and one in the captain's office on the first floor. To be honest, I have no idea how many washrooms a building this size should have but I doubt if it'll be a major concern to most gamers.

It was a simple a conversion that I made. I cut a piece of black mounting card to the width of the room and stuck it above the double desk. The TV screens are made up of images of various WWG modern sets shrunk to size and glued in place.

@Zenguy. An army of zeds, huh? I currently have 722 fully painted 28mm scale zombies. I'm aiming for 1,000. Do you reckon that'll do? LOL!

@Tattered King. I made the mistake of letting my brother have a look at this model. He is an architect and he told me in no uncertain terms that if this was real design it would not pass building regulations. He then proceeded to point out so many faults with it, the major one being a lack of access and facilities for the disabled. I agree with you, it is far better to suspend reality and go with what looks right for gaming purposes.

The CCTV is great! The Great Cthulhu poster is awesome too!

I love all ur mayhem sets and ur batreps on ur blog. You're the reason I found out about ATZ reading ur batreps. Now I just need to make the jump to making some myself lolz. Keep up the awesome work and can't wait for a batrep from u with the HRTH rules and especially to see ur awesome terrain from WWG!
