Hi all, I have a friend who has a laser cutter. We got it up and running and it does a nice job. I don't really want to go and buy my own mat cutter if I can just use his. The problem is that it wants to print from a BitMap (BMP) file. From reading around the internet I thought I would be able to print to PDF from Silhouette Studio but I only get the registration marks and none of the other lines. Does anyone have any idea why, or another way to generate those file? Thanks, KyleB |

Check out the second post on . You can make the Studio software print the cutlines. But, does your laser cutter actually align with the reg marks? If not, you make have a hard time getting the cut lines to actually line up with the printout. |

Wow! That was so easy! Thanks a bunch, I had searched all over. Thanks for this forum. The only thing I had to add was a line thickness of .25, mine was set to .00. Thanks again, KyleB |
