We have cameo 3 silhouette.and bought some scenery. downloaded fine, extract fine...

1. Silhouette cameo 3. The banner on the top of pdf prevents us from doing print and cut. It confuses the machine.
2. The print file does not fit in the print and cut area seems to require resizing of the image.
3. Cannot cut. When trying to cut with covering the banner it skews the cut horribly.

Unfortunately, you're not going to get support from WWG. The products are great (I own all of them) but the site has been on autopilot for years.

That being said, I have the same cutter as you and I have not had those issues. Are you printing at the correct scale (not fit to page) and have you tested other things with registration marks?

I'm not sure if I'm understanding the issues you're having, but back when the Cameo line was new, some folks on here came up with some ways to get them to work with existing WWG sets and cutfiles: That might help.
