Introducing WorldWorksGames first release in the SwiftScenics terrain line http://www.worldworksgames.com/store/pr ... cenics.zip . SwiftScenics allows gamers to quickly and easily build a variety of multistory structures to fill large sections of their game table in a very short time. Structures can be collapsed flat for storage or permanently mounted for static builds. Building props slot in and out of anchor points to create new looks with just a few simple items.

NECROBLOCK is a genre mashing setting which combines the aesthetics of steam-punk with Neogothic flair. Perfect for dark, distopian sci-fi, Victorian steampunk or even high fantasy! Add balconies for ideal snipping opportunities or Gargoyle perches for high-stakes cliff hangers!

Hmmm...Are SwiftScenics like the Scenic Encounters but for terrain?

No idea what it is, but I love the artwork.

SwiftScenics cover the "quick build" category. This new range of products will prove especially useful to those who need "Hollywood flats" (exterior only) style buildings to quickly fill the table with minimal effort. We needed a way to help users create gargantuan layouts in a very short time-span and not every building needs an interior.

But we've got a few tricks up our sleeves; namely these structures will fold flat to accommodate tight storage needs AND OR allow users to build a traditional static 3D model. And on top of as of yet mentioned features, SwiftScenics terrain will also see eventual TerrainlinX treatments.

The best of all worlds really and something we're very excited to introduce The perfect compliment to TerrainlinX, TerraClips and beyond!

If you look just there you'll see the ever-growing percentage of my income that's being set aside for you guys. Soon I'll have to choose between terrain and food.

This set screams Warhammer 40,000 to me and will become the HQ for my Cyber Army... And TLX down the line? Superb.

Love the art. Is that a stained glass window I see? Will we be seeing a revised Cathedrae Noctis?

They are already doing that to me. Lunch or that new terrain set, argh so hard to choose.

Just a thought NecroBLOCK , Necromunda, could this be a set piece for building a Hive city? It would fit in either a MegaCity One/ Judge Dredd or 40k/Necromunda setting so well.

Thanks for that ehisey. I think we all have this hope rattling around inside our heads that if we give it 110% with every release, eventually we'll reach a critical saturation point with the gaming public at large. And when that happens this niche won't be quite as niche as it once was...if that makes any sense

In all honesty though, we're just happy and deeply grateful to have such an enthusiastic audience to cater to.

I saw 'Necro' and I thought of Necromunda terrain .. I nearly came.

These textures seem to fit well with a number of genres. I am so excited to see this hit my table and to see what other people do with it on their tables...

Scads of dark, moody, industrial neo-gothic buildings... I'm sold!

Quick builds with the potential to mix with TLX? So its quick and easy where you need it to be on one side of the table, but just as complex as you want it to be on the other side of the table?

I'm not sure I understand the responses to this thread, is the excitement over the single image in the first post or is there a link somewhere I am missing to other stuff? Sorry, still new, trying to figure stuff out - and I'm wondering if this is exciting over "what this could be" or if I'm actually missing something. Cheers.

People are projecting lots of things on the teaser that may or may not be here (Steampunk, dark and creapy, etc.) due to the lack of information.
So you aren't missing anything yet. Feel free to be reserved, there's lots of us around here, we just don't normally post until we have more then a basic teaser.

I'm pretty new here myself, but I've noticed that getting excited over a "teaser" is sort of part of the fun. People like to have fun speculating, conversing, and joking around about what a teaser might be.

Look at it this way: If they posted a teaser and no one said anything until all the facts were out, this thread would be empty. And where's the fun in *that*?

Personally, I'm stoked that Denny/WWG are producing some terrain that looks like it will be great in a Steampunk setting. There really isn't much around that does that - certainly not with the quality/quantity/price point that WWG does so well.

It seems to me the interaction with TLX would be like a huge railroading layout ... loaded with fantastic scenery (speed built) leading to the focal point (train/encounter area) in TLX. Just a thought. What a wondeful balance in terrain and workload.
