The new Terrainlinx sets are nearer to that price point. So far only the fantasy Himmelveil sets are available in that format. But I expect that there will be releases in every genre that use it. There is even discussion about converting existing sets to it.

Personally I have megamall and shellendrak at the top of my wish list for conversion.

Over the years we've found a price balance that fits with our overall time investment vs our products natural sales cycle and longevity. To amp things up to the quality level we demand, at some point, somewhere in there, we have to account for that extra development energy.

That said, we've spent the last couple years designing a new system (TerrainlinX) and refining our production process to further reduce the pricepoint of our products. The last part of 2009 but more predominantly in 2010, you'll see a completely new pricing structure on new products that is more in line with the pricepoint you mention.

Hopefully that will hit the sweetspot for those who may have avoided the format in the past.

Well, I've done a pair of the buses and they came out great. I'm going to do a few of the Hollywood Flats buildings for the game. All in all, with cutting and folding, the process for two buses took around an hour and a half.

Would have loved a street terrain tile though, but I quick did one in PS, lol.

BoM is an expansion of streets of mayhem. You will find plenty of street tiles there.
