Sorry if this came up already, I tried searching but didn't see it.

Any advice on what to use to cut foamcore with? Best results I've had is will my little exacto knife but it takes a lot of force to cut cleanly with. The knife has a #11 blade if that matters. Any suggestions?

I use one of those cheap snap off box cutters. Use three passes, one for the top card layer, one for the foam, and one for the bottom layer. If the blade starts to snag, or bunch up the foam, it's dull, just snap it off and keep going.

Yeah, the key is whatever you use, don't try and do it with one cut - make several along the same line. Should be fairly straightforward if you're using a metal ruler as your guide.

I use Xacto blades, but also follow the same method as Anvil.

This is the beast of a cutter I use. I can easily cut through foamboard in 2 strokes.
