Its a swirling mix of chaos right now as we organize things. I'll give a much clearer breakdown of what will be on tap and where our meet is in the next couple days.

So, here are my major issues with the latest announcement - that the Meet in greet is July 11th?
That Gen Con is 8/12-8/15?!?!?!?- Seriously guys do you really know when you are supposed to be there?
GenCon is 8/5-8/8 this year.

Did you get the wrong plane tickets? Did you get the right hotel nights? Do you proof-read your messages?

You're absolutely right. Looks like we had ourselves a late night copy and paste fiasco

The associated images with that mail were accurate but the GenCon text had dates dumped from the sale text.

Bummer. I guess we'll have to rectify that on the next announcement which should be fairly soon here anyway.

GenCon is August 5th to 8th. WWG's meet & greet is scheduled for Wed Aug 4th (time and place pending).

Well we haven't set a time yet. The meet and greet may very well end up being later in the evening. There's a small chance that we'll have a second gathering while we're there but that will depend entirely on how beat we are at the end of the day.
