I bought my gear and managed to build a tile with no problems.

I will make and glue the anchors tomorrow. I have a question about the walls though. In the Plain 6 inch pdf that includes those walls for instance... on each page I see two walls, one that include the fold flaps for the anti-warp ledge and another one above the green line with no flaps. Why? is it in case I dont want to bother with the ledge? Right now I'm thinking it's a waste of ink. Unless I'm missing something.

Oh, also, the stairs models. Is it just me or there's only one side (the side of the steps) of the stairs? On one page I have the 1", 1.5" and 3" and on the next page I see 3 opposite side models but all of the same size. Right not it's not making much sense to me. Should I just print them out, cut and fold and I'll understand?

Good think I have 4 spare color ink cartridges, I think I'm gonna need them! hehe

There are 2 versions of the walls a flat wall and one with an antiwarp edge. You get 1 of each on each page because thats the most effective use of space within the cutter area.

The flat walls are quicker to build, but they can be bowed if you anchors are not precisely in position. The antiwarp one usually don't have that problem. Additionally most people like the way they make the walls look thicker.


On the stairs. the one side is the same between all the models. Its only the tread and the side with the attached rear panel that change depending on the stair width.
