Work is well advanced and set two is bursting with goodness. It will be bigger than set one!

More "techy" areas with lots of cool walls with screens on them and machinery. Console props included as well, as many bits and pieces as I can cram in. All with the trademark Titan grunge.

As a side note, I produced some stuff that did not work out...so I have shifted it to set three.

Sounds awesome - can't wait to see some pics!

I am so very happy you created this space for discusion and to hear the news on Titan 2! BTW, I happen to like your trademark grunge. Nothing stays pristine.

Grunge makes it more real, reflects a presence and character. Which reminds me I need to get the house cleaned up before the family gets here for Thanksgiving.

This is not to say that I am bored with titan, but I am at the point where I don't really need to print anything new, I was doing some edging on walls last night for a few extras (big build) and I was thinking I need new bits, and soon...

I know the feeling. I have begun to feel similarly about my Streets layout. Good thing I can pair mine with a number of other releases though (Canals, Sewers, Thoumont's, Garden, etc.). Although, I would love a marketplace expansion.

Last night during our game where I had a pretty big Titan set up, 3 levels 36x36 inches of a Hanger bay, we got to discussing Titan 2.

One of the things that came up was a BIG, talking full wall, to a double height wall of View Screens/windows. I think there was something similar in Horror Works 3.

When I first heard of Titan for TLXs and it's multi level uses this is one of the first things that popped into my head, the ability to do this, I know i want something like this for T2...

I have one big 6x3 view screen wall so far, plus a 6 and 3 inch console wall.

Please define "view screen wall" and "console wall"? I have an idea what they mean, but want to see if we are thinking the same page.

Wall mostly covered in screens. Consoles are a mix of screens and control panels.

I think when Paul is finished with Titan we are all going to be able to model our dream ships and outposts with much more ease I just feel it ... that Titan is going to be the Sci-Fi construction set I've always dreamed of. I was so very impressed with Titan #1 ... like this is the guy who can pull it off. Every page was a promise of what will mark the whole series .... quality and utility. Darn, I can hardly wait for Titan #2 and the rest of the series. I will wait however as long as it takes. The finished Titan series is my last wish. My sci-fi modeling tools will be complete.

It was a pleasure to use Titan for this as my other Terrain ssytem would just not have been good to build this with, Titan was a god send for making this. It was a fun build and a fun session to run, I was a little disapointed that almost ALL the action took place at the very front of the set up... and the back half was almost wasted, but it was still fun to run. (that was my fault as a GM for not givng them a Reason to go there not the builds).


I Still have a few more pictures to post in the other thread, haven't had a chance to get them all up. I tried to post it over at my Wormholegamer account but I have gone over my disk quota.


I am working on the next big (tall) set up, but (not to try to push Titan II or anything, but it would be great for the variation) but to get more varried terrain in the build I want I am working on some Mayhem. The location I am trying to capture is a big sprawling multi level hodge podge of construction. So I am going to use both Titan and some Mayhem, and as i was typing this, I realized the Dwarven set could work nicely as well, there looks to be some walls that don't scream stone work, So tonight I think I will be buying the dwarven set, as it could go to making the multi level look I want and the varried construction, will have to see when I get home, tonigth will be a marathon seasion of Tile building as I need FLOORS!

Dude....you just solved a problem of mine. My 5 year old son is getting a whole slew of star wars vehicles and figures this christmas and I've been working out how to build him a massive hanger/base playset to have battles around. Titan might actually work well on that scale. Thanks!

I love these pics! I just showed them to someone when describing what paper terrain is. They started asking about the "blimp thing" and I just said it was awesome.

I can't wait to see pictures of people's builds with console props and bustling command centers (albeit full of grunge!).

Any idea of when we can expect the finished product. I'm currently working on a Necromunda terrain set and could really use the variety. Note: I'm not trying to rush ya'll, I've got enough to keep me busy at the moment trying to convert part of platform command to terra link, I'm just anxiously awaiting.

Any overhead walkways in this build? I expect they'll be in a warehouse/hanger edition sometime later on, but I can hope....

I am pushing myself to the limit to get this done. It will probably not be before xmas though.

Overhead walkways are for the upcoming engineering or cargo bay sets.
