Baring that, if the terraclips sets are not the ones you need, then you may want to look into getting a machine cutter, to at least reduce the timne you spend building what you need.
Someone may step up and volunteer their time to help out, but I dont know how much of their time you would be willing to invest in

Here's another possible solution (I'm assuming you are running the game in question.)
I've heard in the past of people offering in game rewards if players build portions of your setting. (Walls, Floors, and basic props)
Obviously you would either need to print out the sheets in question, or have the players buy a copy of the set. But I have heard of it working.

The trick is to give the players the time consuming "base" pieces that don't give away the story. Then you spend your time building the props you want to make the story really come to life.
