Following up Hinterland Forests now you can get off the ground and go vertical with Hinterland Cliffs! More than just an expansion, Hinterland Cliffs is fully contained set unto itself! Nine different cliff profiles set at two different heights allow for transition from short hills to sheer cliffs. Use the natural "staircases" to cover heights more easily. Break up the outlines even further with outcroppings and edge extensions. Step lightly across rickity wooden bridges, past the roaring waterfalls and go camping on the plateau. Or take your chances in the blackest depths of the cavernous caves! Make sure you bring 10' of rope!

Hinterland Cliffs: Terrainlinx Edition contains all of the following-

Picture #3 gives a pretty good view of the inner workings of the walls. Very nice.

As an aside, it would take about 30 seconds to reskin those cliff walls for a very nice Caveworks TLX kitbash.

Just when I reckon we've seen what TLX can do you come along with something so completely unexpected. This is wonderful.

5 minutes work adjusting colour profiles in Photoshop and you can have your caves, your Mars canyons, sandstone cliffs...

Just plain wow. This on its own would be good enough but this and Titan 2 coming soon? I can't think of a better way to start 2011 gaming-wise.

Another kitbash request!

Instead of a stairs (which though I can understand, looks a bit, well pants really

), could we have either a 1/4 stepped pyramid, or a wall with stick out ledges (kind of like a climbing wall I guess?) instead.

Oh, and a snow version, to go with my Halls build (which I probably need to finish before they get there...!)

But it will be bought as soon as it comes out, oh yes...

Damned nice. I like the use of "broken tile" architecture as in mayhem destroyed. I can see blending this with several sets.

I havent bought Hinterlands yet, but seeing this has made me reconsider. Just the possibilities of re-skin/re-colour alone are huge.
Think of the way your game can run Hinterlands > Cliffs > LotDK > Sewers > Canals > Streets.. all without having to substitute tiles for a certain area.

Cliffs did seem to be a rather speedy release. I would be curious to see the breakdown of what sets released when with designer, category, etc. included. Maybe someone that is more ambitious than I could draft one up.

As for the set, AMAZING as always.
