yes much of this if possible. the 2.5D monsters too if possible, or modular hero standees, 4e races too. or ptolus/pathfinder if its possible to get something from those publishers. more shop keepers, travelers, bandits, traveling minstrals, gangs, mutants, muscians, street crowd. so many ideas and desires...

I'm all for this also, trying to get pre-painted figures in the UK, for me, is a bit of a struggle. Perhaps packs of standees? D&D starter pack for example; priest, wizard, elf, dwarf, skeleton, goblin, ogre.... you get the idea.

Yeah, I like WWG standees better than one monk - one monk are nice, but I like the WWG style better I would like to see this line expanded a lot, I'm in dire need of sci fi standees for Traveller. Of course fantasy standees would be good too, as well as moderns. Oh, and I want the giant space bunny:

I'm finding I like the newer style of standees from the Dwarven Halls sets better than I like the old standees from the adventures. Now, I love the art, and the adventure standees were unique, expressive, and colorful - especially on the PDF. On my table, they ended up being indistinct and smallish. I'm forming up some plans to reprint them larger and color-brightened/evened.

I disliked the OneMonk art style at first, but it grew on me over time because the scaling worked well and the models were very distinct on the table. Newer WWG standees have that kind of 'pop' now.

WWG minis have consistently had better special effects (the elf PC character swinging his sword with a dramatic blue arc, 2.5d tentacled pirate men [!]), I will add.

Miniatures have sort of a weird stylized proportional set to them to keep them looking the way our eyes expect a human figure to look. I suspect standees need the same treatment.

End of story, though, I want more standees from both companies. Both companies bother to do some vital things in the standee format that have become necessities for me, like double sided artwork, thick borders for cutting, grounded feet...

2.5D tenticled pirate men? what set is that from? sounds like something I'd want.

hmmm. If its from an adventure, is it the chokers then from missing persons? Its the only one I can think of thats vaguely tentically and standee ish

honestly for me, I honestly stopped caring what will be the next big upgrade to how standees are done, I just want more of them ^ ^;;
2.5D hero figs, or layered, or just sheets and sheets of them. As long as they make it, I am going to buy it, even I have no imeadiate plans for them.

Oh I'm a HUGE Standee fan and anyone who has been on these forums over the last few years can confirm how often I beg for more standees.

I use miniatures only for 40K and I use standees for everything else from table top wargaming to RPG games.

I just "ran" the Literary Error scenic encounter for a 9- and 12-year old. We had a lot of fun with it. Unfortunately, I only had time to hand-cut 2 standees, as my printer died after the first page. But, holy mackerel! I love the standees! They look so great once finished (and edged!) I am now ready to beg for a D&D essentials set of standees...

Sheesh. One flying book and one imp, and I'm weak in the knees! I will make it a point now to look back at the other adventures to get their standees. I hope there are more standees in the future! LOTS!

EDIT: I couldn't resist... I just finished up the other two standees that I managed to print out before losing the printer... I don't know when I'll ever need flying books again, but I'll find time to make the whole set. Alberto Silva - if you read these posts - you do great work! Thanks!

You should check out One Monk Miniatures, he has lots of standees. I don't like them as much as WWG's, but there's lots of variety and they are still quite nice. www.onemonk.com
