Thanks Talae, I'll just call it "cute" for now. I have been inspired by some recent builds () (awesome!). Anyway I have been using exclusivly Maiden prints to get it built. Not sure thats "kitbashing". I still have work to do, (huge rear fan/sail, LIGHTS, and movable front wings) but when I'm done I'll post a finished Maiden/battle report.

I like the fan-fold-fins (said three times, fast) and the articulation.

Any pictures coming of this in play? Your players have a treat coming. Heck, I'd make this a centerpiece for a campaign.

*EDIT* Perhaps a cradle rather than landing gear? Or maybe an elevated dock - That is the approach that I am taking for airships in my steampunk game, docks and water to land on. Somewhere I have the TX Planner files for the Aeroport.

*EDIT 2* Skids/skis/runners are another possibility - did you know that the hydrofoil was invented in 1908 by Alexander Graham Bell?

Really impressed with that i hope youve got more builds on the go to inspire us all with

been doing some custom builds that are WWG 'inspired" but not from their stuff. More like craft terrain. Some great stuff, just not official. Would be cool to have a "custom build" gallery section in the forums! Bet lots of guys have great builds made from toilet paper rolls and cardboard!

My fav was a night where I set out a big box of rocks and let my players arrange them for their outdoor encounter. A couple shrubs and a river and it looked pretty sweet!
