I have been considering a purchase of some tera clips and noticed in some photos people had been using the blank base texture chips to hide the clips.

I got to wondering. why not just sticker the appropriate texture onto the clips? I dont have any of the sets yet (kind of backed off on my hobby minis gaming) but would such a solution be desirable?

i imagine some kind of re-positionable adhesive backed vinyl sticker would work wonders.

Too be honest, I never really notice the clips much while playing, and I would hate to have to separate the clips by texture. They do stand out in pictures though.

There are "pogs" to cover some of the clips. if you want. Stickers are not desirable as you would soon find your self out of un sticker-ed connectors and either start making really ugly connections, like walls held together by a floor sticker, or have to buy so many stickers to keep recovering them that eventually your clips would like small mountains.

I just put a tiny ball of blue tack to keep the pogs in place, it works just fine

I find that my only issues with the clips don't lie in the color (that is not noticeable). The issues I have had here and there are with minis sitting on top of clips. I try to minimize them in combat areas on the ground due to this.
