A mostly finished sector 1. Just have a few anchors left to add. I had to redo some of the upper levels as I am discovering it is not as stable as I had thought so expect to see new layout plans.

The stairs are also a bash so that the now attach over the corner post to prevent sliding during play.

When I was looking at the destroyed tiles in the planner, I was not properly accounting for the needs of pillars and walls to fully support the odd sized floors. In some case the need to attach to a second tile to be stable was not accounted for either. Discovered that the Destroyed tiles don't seem to hold the tabs as snuggly as normal TLX thought this could just be an assembly issue. With a bit of though an planning I am making nice and stable for gaming on.

One of the modifications I did for that slot the side of the staircase to fit the corner post.

Solved the loose top floor problem. Bottom Anchors, since I have extra corners on every anchor sheet, I don't even have to waste anything to do it

Looking great and I would love to see a pic of how the bottom anchors are working out.

It is amazing how great this stuff looks. Takes gaming to a whole new level. Without it, gaming can get a bit boring now days. lol

That is one of my 2 nid Hive fleets. The other is a green and purple pattern.

That is a great looking board. I'm impressed to see how solid and stable it looks with some of those bigger models on it. Of course, I have a soft spot in my heart for Tyranids (my first 40k army) so that might have something to do with it too.

Have you considered using some of the swift scenics stuff to make the city scape come together a little bit faster with some building shells? (Not that you're not already doing a fine job so far!)

I'd love to see some more pictures as you get this put together. The tiles really do suit the city fight / urban combat scenarios of 40k perfectly!

Hey all, I been doing the house move. so terrain has been backburned abit. But as soon I get the large cave unpacked, which the lovely wife to be has given me free reign over( in exchange for teh rest of the house). I will get pictures and answers put together.

I'm baacckkk! Okay, finally with my "man cave" unboxed in our new and final post tornado home. Pretty nice setup now for building things . Any way, I am on my way through sector 2 of the board. The release of the Swift Scenic Mayhem Abandon set was very helpful and is letting me drop some intact building on the board quickly. Pictures will come when I get enough built to show sector 2 off.

yeah, caint wait! Did the terrain survive the tornado?

Some did, some did not. The previous 4x4 HV board sacrificed itself to save the dining room table. I should have some stuff to show by years end.

well I suppose that is a good sacrifice....dining room tables do serve some purpose...where else would said terrain be set up? (I don't have a man cave with a gaming table yet)
