Hi, this is my first post on the community board.

Ive just bought the 2 deadfall packs and im planning on basing my board with foam card. After much deliberation i decided to print on A4 single label sheet and stick onto the foam card. However im rather confused on what would be the best way to implement this approach when using linxtabs approach for connecting the base tiles. If i stick the printed label onto the foam board im going to have a sticky surface inside of the slot where the linxtab goes which will cause me a problem. So my option is to stick onto card stock first then stick onto the linxtab cut card foam base. This way seems rather prolonged and adds further expense to my building.

Therefore im seeking advice on what would be alternative methods for using my chosen approach.

Printing onto label paper is only useful if you want to make a permanent layout, not for making modular terrain.

That's not entirely true, Sunraven, as you can use the label sheets for your foam board parts. The 'trick' would be to use a small piece of paper in the 'exposed' underside where your terrainlinx links would go.

I did this label method on 6 sheets and covered the sticky tabs spaces with talc.
(trial run of different systems.) The paper tears quite quickly when rearranging layouts.

They did not last long. I have since covered the labelled foam board with card stock.
They are great now.
