Wow, there are a lot of pieces in the last three sets you can salvage from the leftovers when you punch out what you are supposed to keep.

There are several corners where you can easily squeeze out some angled floor pieces (though they may be small, so they are likely edge pieces). There are a few spots where you can cut out large rectangles with thick sides. There will be holes in the middle, but if you print out some wall pieces on paper, you can glue them on. There are a lot of places where you can cut out the crooked pieces to make new stalagmites, and I am going to experiment with the holes to see if I can make small tunnels (kobolds would love them).

Finally, if you cut out some pieces that are 1x2 or so, you can always put them in T-clips on the floor, like they are parts of barricades (and you can also do that with the crooked pieces to make them like stalagmites).

Or you could just buy 1.5mm cs and make your own stuff.

I think you're missing the point, HighHanded. The idea is to utilise what you already have and hence get more bang for your buck. The philosophy of not throwing anything away is one that I am very familiar with!

I read this post and it got me to thinking what else could be done with all that spare card. I just bought 3 sets of the stuff so I didn't want to just throw it all away. I was also trying to decide how to populate my new massive terraclips build.
And then it hit me, paper minis. If you print them out on normal paper you can glue them to the areas left over on the card frames. The best part is because they are they exact right thickness you can also use all those extra T clips you are left with. I managed to make about 25 little goblin monsters and some bandits from just one frame from the ruins set. They have a lot of big areas you can use, as does the streets set.
One thing I've found though is that you should leave a tab at the bottom free from the paper you are glueing on as it slides into the clips easier.

Also the little bits of card from in between the ladder steps make really good 10m scale fencing sections when glued down on a small flat piece of card.
