any way to get a brief discription of the penny strip tech. i need to put some wieght to keep things nice and lined up. would a little clay also work.

I guess a brief description might be that you just tape a
strip of pennies to the inside base of the model. The
closer to the bottom of the paper the better. Pennies
are the most inexpensive weight that I know of.

I believe that Denny is working on a tutorial so everyone
can see how it's done.

Exactly Steve. I’m working on a tutorial with pretty pictures but the basic concept is just how you described it. The other method is to use a hot gluegun to secure the pennies at the base of the structure. Even though it sounds like a no-brainer the penny weight application really makes a big difference. Another thing that keeps models from slipping around is to take your hot gluegun and lay a zigzag pattern on the bottom of the model (This works best with DungeonWorks). Let dry upside down. Once dry you have a perfect rubberized bottom that wont slip around. Combining these techniques will give your models the weight and staying power they need J

Re Penny strip and rubberized bottom, (sounds very sexy and exciting), anyway instead of hotglue applied to the base of your models, (this is getting better and better:) ) I suggest rubberglue, in the Netherlands it comes under the brandname Lero and is used to stick photo's in albums, the photo's can be removed later and the rubberglue 'rubbed' off.
Applied to the base of a model it stays sticky thereby temporarily glueing it to the gameboard.
