I'm in a tearing hurry to construct a Firefly/Serenity bar for a brawl on Friday night.

I've bought the FL & Retro sets, and constructed the room and stage in one easy morning (nice products, guys).

Now I've come to a screeching halt as I try to find:
- a bar (!)
- lounge tables,
- bar tables
- various chairs

Booth screens would also be nice but I can probably improvise those out of floor tiles. Oriental touches would be nice...

Can anyone point me at *anything* that would help get this set finished?

Hmm, I would use InteriorWorks, Pubs & Inns to furnish the bar, unless your thinking of a more techno bar, more similiar to what we have seen in the movie than the series, that, you'd have to improvise.

FL and FL:R have chairs and tables, but then for FF, some of the other sets would work too and Interiors together are on sale.

InteriorWorks: Pubs and Inns is a must for this. A definite must. I would also look at Mayhem Armory - its got a lot of nice modernish props (I'm using the couch, for example, among other props, in my Firefly modeled ship's lounge). You might also look at IW: Castles & Keeps, but it won't be as germane for this project.

I would also suggest looking at some of Mel's sets (EbblesMiniatures - a friend to WWG). Some of the Ambient Elements would be _perfect_ (booth screens and some more modernish chairs and tables, for example), but to get access to AE, you have to buy one or more of his sets. Thanks everyone. Inns and Taverns is what I was after for this project, I'd prefer a more techno look, but haven't got time.

I took a look at Ebbles Miniatures, but don't really want to spend 10 dollars on another set in order to get just the tables and chairs.

I'll take a look at Mayhem Armoury when I get a bit more time (yes, I want to build a Firefly too).

And I'll add some Chinese screens from:

and only took two evenings. I suspect it would have gone even faster if I hadn't been improvising as I went along. Good quality kits these. Thanks to all who offered help, I'm sure I'll have more builds to come!
