Can this really be for real, I mean seriously, as much as I don't agree with everything that's going on with the war on Iraq, this woman needs not only to have her head examined, but her head pryed open and her brain removed. While I'm all for supporting individual beliefs and ideals, there are some that are just beyond wrong (Btw, if anyone actually saw this broadcast I'd be interested to know if it ever hit the air, or was screened first). I'm thinking of using this idea in a game of Heroes, so this isn't entirely off topic .

The one time I might agree with Hannity and he messes it up by being his usual self; a bully. Never asks one reasonable question, just berates the psycho...I mean woman.

This is the same sort of righteous fundamentalism that is being cultivated by opportunists such as Zarqaui (sp) in Iraq. The thing that struck me most about this "interview" was the fact that no attempt whatsoever was made to dissect / analyze the root issues feeding such ideology. And, quite frankly, any such attempt, while noble in cause and proper for rational discourse, would have little, if any effect. Zealous religious fundamentalism is the hardest nut (no pun intended) to crack, because at its very root, it renders logic, and logical discourse invalid by way of blind faith. It is simply impossible to argue with such a person, because civil argument implies a foundation rooted in logical discourse, a concept unfortunately lost on the zealot. There is no argument if there is no point/counterpoint, and there is no way to breach the points made, if those points hide behind faith.
I'm gonna soapbox for a minute, because I have a serious beef with the current iterations of organized religion: NOT with those that rationally follow a course of spiritualism, mind you, but those that prop their ideology up on the sword of unchallenged righteousness, a warped concept of "I don't have to make a moral decision; my canon does it for me!"

My two cents:

I don't want to make this even more off topic into a religious debate, but I figure I'll say this because someone should. I'm currently studying to be a Christian minister, and I can honestly say that in both clips what I saw was simply not Christian. I'm not talking about Christian actions or attitudes, but that's just not Christianity. That's it. Simple as that. I'm done...

Sorry about bringing religion into this, and unless asked I won't bring it up again on this site.
