I was wondering, what sets do people actually use in their games?

I have used a bit from most of the sets I own, but most of the 'dedicated builds' using a single set have been with other folks WW terrain. (Dungeon Works, and Arena Works.) The  sets that I use as themselves are  Village Works and Castle Works (I use these for wargaming). Otherwise I take a mix 'n' match approach.  However VW and Castle Works don't see all that much use when I am mixing and matching.

Some kits pop up  frequently, Interior Works mixes well with pretty much every set.

Least used for my own self has been Arena Works - the only time I have used pieces from it was the second build of my tower bridge. This is quite likely the most dedicated WW set. (Though I have a scenario involving an arena bubbling in my head it is yet to see paper. I will likely be geared to use with Mordheim.)

My current project involves Cave Works, Gothic Realms, the docks from Skull Cove, both Interior Works sets, and as soon as it comes out, the Maiden. (I was originally planning this for April, but the Fates conspired again' me.)

I need to rework a portion of the hidden cove, the Maiden is much bigger than I hoped it would be. (Ermmm, what I mean is that it exceeded my hopes, not that it didn't meet them. I was expecting something around 80 ft. and instead she's around 140 ft.! It means tearing out a portion of what I have already built, but trust me, I'm happy about it!)

The Auld Grump - games that WW has seen use in; Warhammer, Mordheim, D20, D&D Miniatures.

I was a strict DungeonWorks user until this year. VillageWorks and InteriorWorks:Pubs and Inns have been seeing a lot of use for me. This weekend I am using VW and IW to portray a portion of the city of Hochoch in a Living Greyhawk module. It is coming together beautifully and should suprise the crazy canadians coming in for the con.

I am anxiously awaiting CastleWorks Ultimate, but I may not be able to wait much longer. I might have to pick up CastleWorks and IW:C&K.  :D

I've used CaveWorks and DungeonWorks in the past, but am currently using a hodge-podge of sets to make an orc encampment.  SeaWorks cliffs will be the backdrop, with SW fort pieces providing the bulk of orc defenses.  I've got some of the small square stone huts from VillageWorks and some miscellaneous pieces from ArenaWorks for flavor.  

Villageworks gets the most use from me because I use it for miniatures gaming.  Dungeonworks is more trouble than its worth for RPGs but the props are awesome.  I'll use a battlemat and props if the dungeon is large.  If its small then I use the Chunky floor tiles to build and use 3d props including doors.
Pubs and Inns is neat looking but I never have need for an inn layout that in-depth.  Again, the props see use.
I plan on starting a 50 Fathoms game very soon and will be using Seaworks extensively.  I have it in a Masterboard format for ease of use.  
I used Castleworks briefly but found another companys product better for wargaming.  I'm sure Castleworks Ultimate will take the mini gamer into account with stronger walls.  ;)
Other than that I use a little here and a little bit there.  Its rare that I use one set exclusively for anything.

Pictures, pictures I want pictures! If some of you can supply me with a couple of pretty shots from your next session using WorldWorks models I might be tempted to do some kind of giveaway.

When I was gaming with any regularity *sigh* we used a fair mix of Caveworks and DungeonWorks props with Castles & Keeps walls for our dungeon crawling, and VilliageWorks bits for outdoor settings.

I haven't gamed since I got Arena or Seaworks but I could easily put them both into heavy rotation... Chunky wasn't out then either, but my last DM was really gung-ho about walls with thickness so he'd probably love it.
