Curt Voiles & Rezolution

He's up to it again, hehe, nice build Curt, shows just how kitbashable those files are and making me want them more every time I see them. He is building a kitbashed with parts from the Rezolutions sets. Can't wait to see it finished and in a setup so we can see how it all looks alongside the other mars station sets

Thanks Shatterdragon. I always enjoy checking out your collection of amazing work and kit bashes from your gallery. My latest build is in my walk-away stage. I am forcing myself to come up with a way to fit two already created landing pads on the opposite side of the Tower. It’s going to be a tight fit and I’ll need to use multiple levels with cross walks. I still hope to complete in the next couple of weeks. I enjoy working with sci-fi builds because I use a lot of ladders to reach the next level, no steps. Steps slow me down.

I saw your new pics when I went looking for some others to show a friend. Your builds are impressive and look great as well Curt Voiles. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the landing pad. This is defineatly an interesting kitbash and your making me seriously think of picking up a Rezolution starter pack so I can get those files. No spare money atm, in fact things are going bad again for me, but I liked what I saw of the Rezolution stuff when it was released. You have defineatly come up with an interesting build. Have you linked it to the Rezolution boards, might make some people see how versatile the set really is with a little kitbashing :wink:

I just added a view photos to update my progress of the Tower. I placed the build outside for better lighting for the shoot. It's been raining for ten straight days in Indy. I will begin to fill and connect the gaps between the landing pads and the tower. More pics when finished.

Wow indeed.

Funny... somehow, it strikes me more like a garishly painted mayan pyramid than a martian observation tower.

Great build though!

Very cool Curt, looks like those landing pads are designed for hovercraft, and would suit small spacecraft as well, keep'em coming (I havn't posted any new ones because I've been working to improve my mini painting

, so not many builds going on atm).

Just saw the completed marsstation...I can't believe I missed the previous steps. Definitely shows that I don't spend enough time on this Forum :oops:

As always an amazingly good looking build :wink:

I am not into spacestuff but if some guy puts this on the table for a game....I wouldn't be able to resist
