How is GoL?? I only have a few boosters of the last few sets (new MK expansion and saving for SW has limited my budget).

I really like GoL. Some of the huges are just, well, okay. Actually, the huges are cool, the uncommon/rare scheme for the huges is silly. You can end up with 5 Tyrannosauraus Rexes far too easily.

But the figures themselves are great. Easily the best DDM set yet. Some of the figures are incredible. The Huge Dragons are the capping pieces, but a lot of other figures have great sculpts. The Bugbear Footbad is much better than the previous bugbear, the Manticore, Basilisk, Otyugh and Gricks all provide very cool dungeon fodder. Lord Soth, the Lich Necromancer, Mordenkainen (yes, THAT Mordenkainen) are all pretty cool pieces. The Blue Slaad and Treants are nice. All in all, a pretty good set for looks/RPG purposes. For skirmish purposes, its not too bad. There are some pretty useful pieces, and it expands CG and LG a fair amount (I think).
