Just bought the MiniChunk 1" and thought I'd drop in and say hi. Nice work on the models indeed - they look better in real life than the pictures on the site I've built one of everything and am going back for seconds now. Many thanks to the designers for making my games look better.

Question on the gate. I built the gate frame and stone doors as specified but the doors don't fit into the space allowed by the frame - by at least a couple of millimeters, so it's not just a little positioning error. I've got the pillars mounted on the very edges of the base. Not sure if I'm doing something incorrectly or if maybe the model is scaled funny. Anyone else having this same problem?

As I post this I realize I probably should have searched first - the other board I frequent has been long without a search function so I just scanned the first few pages of posts. Sorry if it's been answered before.

Looking forward to getting and building lots more 1" scale stuff (hint, hint).

I am not familiar with the Minichunk set.
However, did you make sure to print 100% scale? not shrink to fit or fit to page? (I made that error on the first couple of models.)

I actually had that exact same issue with the original Chunky Dungeon. The doors don't fit between the pillars. I thought it was just inexperience, but if you had the same issue, maybe I missed something as well.

Hi guys, thanks for the responses. I checked the print settings (and didn't have any problems with other sets) but I'm going to do another set just to make sure.

It is entirely possible that I somehow built it incorrectly - as I didn't print the instructions to look at as I worked (but, hey, those're boxes, thought they'd be easy) I got cocky and neglected to read the circular wall instructions. Could have saved some sweat and my wife's extra hands if I had taken a peek at those beforehand. I promise I have read them all now.

The gate framework is pretty much assembled to stay so I think I'll just try to modify the iron gates to work with it (assuming they don't fit either.)
