Here's my humble attempt. I couldn't really think of anything creative, I don't know if the situation presented has much potential for hilarity, but oh well.

NP SD, just didn't want to see you unable to enter due to not having the right software. Of course, if the set gets released before Christmas (please, please, please) then I'll buy it anyway, but I suspect we won't see the set until the new year, hence the late end date for the competition.

Oh well, the new year is probably better anyway since I doubt I'll get time to build before then.

And man oh man, those cinderblock walls look mighty fine! I hadn't even noticed the little base to allow these to be free-standing until Arabin said something.

I think Exploding Youth is smoking the crack pipe a bit much.... or at least his mini's have access to them. The one dude in the trench coat is charging 3 armored dudes with heavy weapons. Unless of course Mr. Trenchcoat has some sort of shielding or armour. But still pretty ballz so I figure he took one too many hits of the crack pipe.

I'll bet the three troopers got the drop on him, and while they "knew" he was outnumbered, Nate got tired of the discussion (something to do with his arrest for hauling contraband or some such) and while the lead trooper was busy talking Ol' Nate decided to let his pistol do his speechifying.

Alas, it looks like the train won't make it into the station before Christmas, but perhaps it'll arrive before the New Year.

Heh, very true. I keep checking back in case there is a surprise Christmas release... or the railway. I always agree that it's best to have a smooth patch free release, but I can't help getting excited either.

I've had a GOMC1 expansion idea floating in my head for some time introducing hazards to the tabletop. These include rad-pits (using Mayhem Industrial), moving trains, spreading fire, etc. I never fleshed it all out, but the thought of a scenario using the trains from Mayhem Rail has me drooling. I know it's very modern and nothing like the trains from Judge Dredd's world, but that's okay by me.

I'm picturing a 5x5 tile layout with buildings on the players edge tile (giving snipers somewhere to sit), the next tile in from each side would be railway lines, with the station in the middle but near the edge... with a footbridge over the other side of the board. The hazard would involve a random chance that between each players round (not the entire round) there is a chance of a train speeding along... perhaps stopping... perhaps not. Since there is a lot of push back in the game from stump guns, there is a good chance that people could be stuck on the tracks as a train comes through... and no... there won't be a saving throw

Anyway, as you can see I'm really looking forward to this set.
