I thickened the wheels of the Siege Works engines with 5mm. foamcore, they ended up being a bit more solid, then I hid the edges with a strip of dark grey for the tyre. I may try adding a bit of foamcore to the chassis as well.

*EDIT 2* Boy, when Mozilla Firefox goes wrong it goes very wrong. I don't think I will try typing in one tab while loading a PDF in another for a while... (Random characters in both the post and the PDF followed by a complete lockup of Mozilla...)

Good idea. I was thinking of just using some wooden wheels from the local craft store. About the same size for a small set...

Get a small can (like the one they use for tomato paste) and after it's opened, file the edge sharp and use that on your foamcore. Twist it back and forth while exerting some pressure and you'll have nice, round wheels everytime.
