Small hole in the wall city based stores.
typically based on a 15-20 foot storefront and possibly 30-40 feet deep.
Having all glass storefront and carrying products such as: newspapers, some groceries and various nicnacs.

Using a standard 7x7 tile it would be feasable to make either a double store tile or 1 larger store. a single smaller store on the center of the tile (giving alley) or on the side of a tile giving parking area.
(based on 1" = 5ft grids)

Now, we have enough exterior textures and parts from UM:MA to make something up, however the armory windows have bars and firearm posters. The interiors are totally incorrect. Need some newspapers and food stuffs on the walls, maybe T-shirts or oddball items. As well as a new model for free standing shelving with foodstuffs.

It seems like it would be a relatively easy kit to put together, using the UM:MA as a base.

and Bar!

again I was going to use UM:MA to make a bar, but I have no tables,stools, or actual bar.

IW:Pubs and Inns has those pieces, but I am not sure how modern they look. (since I do not have that set)

Of course, if we ever get the Mayhem Mall, the stores could be removed from the mall setting and made free standing to create a high street.
