That is some great work, Robby.
And your construction speed is hugely enviable.

Not wanting to add to your workload, but, is that a flat roof on top? Or are you planning to go are you planning to higher?

Edit: Du'oh! Just ran across your post from yesterday in the 'Shellendrak goes Gold' thread saying you're planning a third floor - that is going to be one awesome manor

p.s. Seeing your builds is really helping me envisage the scale and impact of the manor and what to think about when planning it out. ... ... must get back to my tavern build ... must not be tempted ... must build tavern ...

Those stacked windowed walls look really cool.

The reflection from your glass work table is actually a neat idea. Makes me think a moat or lake near the side of the manor with a sheet of transparency to add reflections would be neat, at least aesthetically.

Nope these are great, was just hopeing that they might have been done on graph paper for scale.

Actually, they were originally drawn on graph paper. When I scanned the original plans, the lines didn't scan in very well (probably the lack of contrast). But I could easily put the image on a grid so you could see the scale. I'll probably have to rescan them, just to make sure the grid ratio is right. I'll do that this weekend, and get the 3rd floor and roof sections in, too.

If you have the time to it would be great. The only reason I asked for the pdf is that it makes printing easier for anyone.

The ground floor of the manor proper is 30" x 21" at its largest (not including hex windows). The second floor is a little wider because of the terrace. So far I have two stories done, with at least a 3rd story on one wing coming, plus the roof.

I have two different backdrops I'm planning at the moment. One is an abandoned lot, and the other is the grounds of a proper manor, with driveway, servants quarters, garden, etc.

I would think that would make it less modular overall. You might consider cutting everything down to increments of 2" in that case, instead of increments of 3".

Not a bad idea. Since I'm not worrying about 1.5" that would certainly work.

You'll have some small issues with hex windows, since they're 3" (unless you reduce them, but they're quite nice at their size). But you can just make sure to add an additional 1" of wall space or whatnot.

I'll be interested in seeing shots of your build as you progress.

Small question: Is the Shellendrake Manor a set building or is it easy to make your own design?
From your drawings I would say it's the second but since I've seen your skill in other builds I rather double check before I start thinking of costumizing such a building
