I definately did not cut through the paper. I did think I used a light touch, but when I started to fold the paper over and rub the actual crease itself, that is when the paper actually cracked and separated. I will try a lighter touch.

The paper should be 110 lbs cardstock as that is what I specified when I dropped the order off at Office Depot. The glue is an Elmers Glue stick pen that seems to be OK and not too wet.

Well I figured out my problem, first I was probably pressing too hard with the scoring. So today I used the back side of my blade and that worked MUCH better.

More importantly my Real problem earns me a big fat DUH!. I was scoring the wrong side and was not paying attention to the dotted lines as to where to score. Today worked out much much better.

However my new problem is that on the corner bridge the single support post seems to print out MUCh larger than the double support posts. When I selected the file to print I was sure I said no scaling. What could be wrong with that?
